Monday, March 7, 2022 - This was a major disappointment, especially taking the price into consideration. The wine was almost brownish when poured, and showed some funk initially. As it blew off it gave way to a pure note of crushed sour cherries but unfortunately also brett.
While the wine was low extraction, it did show the typicity of Morey Saint Denis, but the brett ruined everything for me. I will not be buying any more Fourrier for consumption, but perhaps as an investment.
