Monday, August 21, 2023 - Golden colour. Complex richness from malo and age. Still plenty of acid expressed in the aromas.
Complex chardonnay fruit. Melon and lemon. Showing some bottle developed complexity. Good acid. Shortish.
4 days later - aroma and flavour showing more bottle developed complexity. Drink over the next 1-3 years.
