Saturday, July 25, 2020 - Lovely aroma of earth and mushrooms and some other things I can’t place. Red fruit, smooth tannins and balanced acid. Perfect with afternoon charcuterie.

7/25/2020 6:44:00 PM - It had about 30 minutes and then we drank over the next 90. It was good from the start but I think the air time helped. It certainly didn’t fall apart so it can handle a 30-60 min decant!
