Friday, July 1, 2011 - Fill into neck; perfect capsule and cork. Decanted 30 minutes before tasting. Clear deep rich blood-ruby-garnet, lightening at the rim. Bouquet of smoky incense, musk, and grilled meat. On the palate, the fruit was faded, dried, and and faintly bitter, actually better the next day under vacuum stopper.
