Monday, May 15, 2023 - 100% Tempranillo from Ribera del Duero. 24-months in French oak and bottled-aged thereafter. 14.5% alcohol. Decanted one hour. Deep garnet colour. Pronounced nose of black berries, liquorice, spice and vanilla. Very supple and silky tannins compared to the more powerful Pesquera Millenium. Surprisingly fresh with a good finish.
