Sunday, December 19, 2021 - Drinking warm, well rounded but with dry finish. Dominant for me was both an initial distinctive voluptuous breadth and then a burnt coffee over blueberry type drying end. Was like hinting at caramel with warming spices but instead of this spreading sweetly over the palate there was this tight dry finish. Distinctive but enjoyable. (Changed very little over a two hour plus period)
