Friday, April 28, 2023 - Bob's cellar. Iridescent golden yellow. Lime, marmalade, zest and honey nose, but definitely fresh. Light golden flavours, lemon zest is there, softer and more refined than the 2005 on opening. Really good, crystalline, poised, lemon/lime zest, and juice, age softened so has a lovely fullness. Lime oil comes out as it warms - like this a lot and it seems bombproof.
