Friday, January 31, 2020 - Dark purp, floral earthy vanilla burnt oak nose, condensed fruit, good tannin, black and blueberry that are still a bit green, complex layered and cacao in the finish. A little tight but it is excellent. Lavender, baking spices, a bell pepper/peppercorn finish. A bit acidic. There is still so much going on here, it can lay down a few more years. Still really good
