Saturday, July 3, 2021 - In my world, Jadot's white wines are rarely appreciated, often ignored. I hear comments that begin, "Oh, the reds are fine but..." I don't get it. This Jadot bottling is classic and delicious, top to bottom, from bouquet to finish, a pure and lovely white Burgundy. And I vividly recall Jadot's '89 Chevalier-Montrachet Demoiselles, one of the best white wines of my life. Hats off to Louis, wherever you are.
