Monday, November 1, 2021 - (Disgorged in 2021, 100% Meunier from 50+ year old vines, stored on oak for 12 months, dosage 2 gr/l)
Very interesting on the nose showing tutti frutti, fresh herbs, a touch of liquorice as well. Very intense lemon citrus acidity on the palate, smoothing bitterness on the very intense finish.
