No back label info. Shared by Ramon. first time trying this wine. Lot of power and concentration here. Some spicy red apple, lots of energy being driven by the citrus profile of the wine, too. Fleshy stone fruit. Don't have the bottle leftovers for a retaste today but enjoyed drinking it.

100% Pinot Meunier; champagne from single vineyard "Chemin des Conges" near Epernay. No malolactic fermentation. Matured for 8-12 months in used barriques. Dosage: 2 g/l
Yeasty aroma gives way to bright citrus flavor and good length on the palate. Explosive initial bubbles dissipate within 10 minutes, though the bubbles remain suspended in the wine. Needs more bottle time. Excellent potential. 92+
(Disgorged in 2021, 100% Meunier from 50+ year old vines, stored on oak for 12 months, dosage 2 gr/l) Very interesting on the nose showing tutti frutti, fresh herbs, a touch of liquorice as well. Very intense lemon citrus acidity on the palate, smoothing bitterness on the very intense finish. (Best 2022-2037)
