Intense red fruits and flowers aroma on first attack, with aeration complements by spices background and cedar notes. Predominantly garden strawberry palate following by slightly earthy but juicy finish of good length. Complex and elegant, silky and easy drinking, well balanced, berries’ acidity and muscular but completely integrated tannins. Food friendly, well pairing to vegetables stew with porcini. Serve 17ºC - 20ºC. Open one hour ahead. Drink now and the next six/seven years.
