Friday, May 15, 2009 - Cloudy. Nose of tropical fruit, oak, pear and maybe even a bit floral. Palate was similar, quite rich with moderate oak. Balanced finish with low/mod acidity. If you don't like oak or a rich Cali chard, then avoid this one. It's got enough oak to be off putting for some but for me on a friday night, it was very good. Wife thinks it's a 94 btw.
