Wednesday, October 24, 2007 - This was my first of the WS Chardonnays. The oak was strong, the fruit was also strong and the acid brought a brightness to it all that made it not overly cloying. It was all somewhat disjointed to me and did not result in that exstatic feeling great chardonnays can offer, but in fairness I think this was consumed much too early and will improve with cellar time.
