Monday, July 2, 2018 - Wonderfully balanced Chablis, notes of citrus, white flowers and pears on the nose this leads to a palate of ripe pear citrus tart, pear, nice round flavors with a good solid finish. This lingers in the palate as the well balanced acidity plays with the citrus fruit. Drinking perfectly now however would like to revisit in a couple of years
