Sunday, March 5, 2023 - Lovely as always. Can see a bit of the difference. It’s funny because generally I like wine that’s made to age and I really have no feel for what age will do to these wines so in some ways I suppose this is an example of a champagne who clearly drinks young and yet I am very taken with them. It’s always just a bit interesting and feels a bit like champagne for the wine drinker (if you know what I mean). Same here with all of the herbal and character. Lovely.
