Wednesday, September 29, 2021 - 30 min decant. Only a little sediment apparent. What an easy drinker. Red currents, cranberry but with none of the tartness. Alcohol flavor perfectly waits patiently until the other flavors have had a turn and then presents itself in an orderly fashion. Smooth. Like rubbing your hand on freshly finely sanded wood. Think 220 grit. Med to short finish.
