Saturday, December 30, 2017 - Took some time to open up this. Initially a bit reduced and seemed a bit light with nice tart red and some darker fruits, was initially disappointed. After about an hour of being open, this opened up significantly and took on much more interest. Ended up as a nice red raspberry and darker cherry fruited simple but tasty, slightly tart red BR. Last glass by far the best, definitely give it a bit of air and serve cooler.
