Thursday, August 4, 2022 - This Grand Cru opened my eyes as to what the Red Burgundy hype is all about. Being young I gave this a 2 hour decant and a 5 minute vSpin. Hi acidity, smooth, elegant, feminine, with captivating flavors. Fruits were not pronounced as in many wines but instead were sublime, nuanced and in harmony with the earthy tones. I got a real sense of terroir from this wine. Cherry, raspberry, strawberry, earthy, cinnamon."
