Sunday, January 31, 2021 - 12.7% abv. Medium-light burgundy red, very aromatic. On the palate, red raspberry, blue fruit, mint and cinnamon. Tangy and penetrating. Medium bodied, excellent length. Very enjoyable now, but should improve over the next 3-5 years.
