Monday, February 8, 2016 - Enjoyed this. Upon opening, seemed very stemmy in a nice way. Drank with friends over 4-5 hours. Continued developing and trained a wonderful balance of old and new world. But mostly older world profile but without the bracing acidity I sometimes get in burgundy. Drank alongside '04 mags of top Oregon Pinots (Shea, brick house, beaux frares and bergstrom), martinelli blue side. I think it would've shown better and my palate would've appreciated it more if it'd been solo tonight.
