Thursday, May 31, 2018 - Caught me a little off guard-- didn't realize I opened a demi-sec. Slight nectarine nose. Golden hue, creamy, slightly sweet, custard, citrus. Fine bubbles. This would be a decent dessert sparkling wine. Made from the flora grape (which I hadn't heard of until reading more about it).
