Starting to fall off a bit compared to my last bottle. Less fruit, more toast and nuttiness. Still has that sweetness but is less successful with the developed flavors. Paired well with spicy Indian food but would drink up if holding any.

Nice basic bubbles for a Sunday morning brunch. 78% Flora, 13% Pinot Noir and 9% Chard. A nice mix.....nothing fancy. Can't really beat if for the price, under $30 when available.

Caught me a little off guard-- didn't realize I opened a demi-sec. Slight nectarine nose. Golden hue, creamy, slightly sweet, custard, citrus. Fine bubbles. This would be a decent dessert sparkling wine. Made from the flora grape (which I hadn't heard of until reading more about it).

Very well made demi-sec style sparkler with orchard fruit and citrus flavors along with some sweet custard. Slightly creamy mouthfeel with fine bubbles. Slightly sweet on the finish. Paired very well with spicy Indian food but this would also work well with lighter fruit based desserts.

An unusual flavor profile that we liked. Floral, melon, citrus, sherbet over nice acidity and off-dry sweetness.

Flora (gewurtztraminer semillon cross) 78%. Cheese floral Carmel Apple and dry earth. Interesting concept Wine that doesn’t really sing.

Flora grape? And made at half pressure, hence the "crement". Gewurzt. and sem. made Flora. 3.9% sugar at the end. Stinky and sweet.
