Sunday, May 4, 2014 - Taunt and a bit youthfully tough at this point. Chewy even and dry.But, packed with pungent material in a Grand Cru way. This has charactor but probably needs a year or 2 to unwind a bit. I may get more but hard to access and completely enjoy right now.
