Friday, August 16, 2019 - Light yellow in color. Green melon, pineapple, and slight lemon on the nose. Lemon, pear on the tongue and a bit of white flower on the back palate. Robust acidity. Medium to short finish. Very lightly oaked, so minerality shows through. 13.5% alcohol.
