Light yellow in color. Green melon, pineapple, and slight lemon on the nose. Lemon, pear on the tongue and a bit of white flower on the back palate. Robust acidity. Medium to short finish. Very lightly oaked, so minerality shows through. 13.5% alcohol.

Pale yellow. Initial nose of honey and almonds. Limestones on entry. Elegant and delicate on the palette. After some time in the glass, becomes slightly steely and saline in taste and emits whiffs of white flowers.

Lesser 1er Cru from good producers (Imperial Treasure Fine Teochew Cuisne @ Tanjong Pagar Center): Big! Very lush, powerful and ripe on the palate. Loaded with new oak and some bitterness. Rounded, high alcohol.
