Thursday, February 23, 2023 - We enjoyed this Sardinia IGT wine composed of 85% Carignano, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 5% Merlot. It's drinking quite smooth now with lovely flavors of woody herbs, vanilla, stewed red fruit, black pepper and liquorice The long tasty finish has refined tannins. Should continue to drink well for a few more years.
