Friday, April 9, 2021 - Opened took a sip and it was the same result as I had last November. Perhaps I did not store them properly or they were just off bottles. The nose was fine with scents of white flowers. The palate was dominated by melon with a slight tinge of oxidation coming through. Tried one more sip twenty minutes later and had the same result. So I changed my swordfish recipe for the evening and used the wine in the sauce. So no rating on the wine but it helped make a great sauce.
