Sunday, May 13, 2018 - The four of us had two bottles of this in a restaurant at the small port of Zierbena, pnp both but I gave the second some slow ox, all you wish from a RIoja reserva, strong but integrated tannin, very too young but very good with grilled chuleta and other spanish dishes, good spice and dominant acidity, nearly no fruit, maybe some red berry, lots of secondary aromas, very intense mouthfeel, very reasonable priced bottles, only 26€ per bottle, here in Germany this is the retail shop price if you are lucky, as I have drunk some old Tondonias would recommend to wait a decade+ for a serious try, but nevertheless this one is one of the last high class old school reservas, *(***), 90-93+ potential
