Wednesday, December 22, 2021 - 3rd bottle from a half case. A more modern style. Balsamic, oak, anise and bramble nose. Lots of complexity, good balance and a long finish. Tannins are well resolved. Lovely, moreish. I thought this was at its peak but using ZOS this is better on day 3 which implies further improvement for a few years.
