Saturday, March 3, 2018 - La Paulée de San Francisco - Grand Tasting (The Fairmont - San Francisco CA): Tasting, brief note. More black vs red. Meaty character throughout with less nuance or spice vs Vosne or Petits Monts. good+ weight. Not particularly elegant yet, but I like the concentration. Needs a decade+ in the cellar.
