Sunday, April 2, 2023 - Spiced strawberry against sweet herbs, dried sage, underbrush. The earthy notes really impress on the nose. Dark berry fruits, juicy and bright, with red apple skin. Spring grass, wet stones and tilled earth. Fresh and textured, nicely acidic - blind I wouldn’t expect it to be almost 10 years old.
