Sunday, April 23, 2017 - (Tasted at the Sanguis pickup party.) Big, bold and beautiful. Syrah co-fermented with Viognier. More of a spice profile than rich in fruit. Cracked black pepper in the finish. Begs for a grilled steak. Wait until 2019; and should last for a decade or two with proper cellaring. (������= Outstanding)
