Wednesday, November 2, 2022 - Bond dinner at Hua Ting: Perfumed nose of roses, most fruit-forward and seductive of all. Liked the red fruit but the vanilla note was distracting and unintegrated. Softest tannins out of all the wines. Fans of younger Bordeaux would love this. Nose became even more perfumed with air.
