  Bond dinner at Hua Ting: Perfumed nose of roses, most fruit-forward and seductive of all. Liked the red fruit but the vanilla note was distracting and unintegrated. Softest tannins out of all the wines. Fans of younger Bordeaux would love this. Nose became even more perfumed with air.

  Epic Napa Trip - Day 2: Tasted at Bond Winery - We were fortunate to be able to try all their single vineyard cabernets side by side...what a treat! These wines took a little time to open up, but like most 2014 wines, these were very approachable even at this young age. Personally, I would hold all these wines a few years to further develop some additional nuances.
  
  TN: This wine was drinking quite well. Fruit forward with fine grained tannins, some bramble character with notes of tobacco and earth as well as cedar notes with a nice floral nose. This wine continued to improve in the glass. 94+ to 95 for me.

  Napa trip day 2 (Napa): Drank a decent-sized glass at the winery over 1.5 hours. This wine is softer in tannins, with rose hips, cherry, dark chocolate.

  98pt. Needs at least 1hr open prior to consuming. Cherry, plumb, tobacco. Complex well balanced. Young very fruit forward.
