The palate is transitioning to tertiary with perfect balance and a steely sweet core/gentle persistence/long finish which belies its medium weight. This is the signature of a great wine - do not be fooled that it is not “heavier”. It would be a beginners mistake to think it was not serious. May get more complex but for my palate I would find it hard to make an argument to wait much longer to drink my remaining bottles though I may be wrong.
