Monday, September 4, 2023 - Decanted 4 hours. Great from the initial, pre-dinner pour, through dinner to post-dinner. Medium weight, integrated svelte tannins. Plum dominates with some blackberry and cassis. Great match with Cambodian grilled chicken (though ours was baked tonight)
