PnP. Good from the get-go, but got better as temperature increased from 46 to about 55 degrees Fahrenheit. Flavor of melon, minerals and citrus in a nice balance with some buttery notes giving a nicely rounded effect. Great with pan sauteed scallops. I prefer the Araujo Napa Sauvignon, but I only see that one in restaurants and understand how this one has a following. Enjoyed it but will not actively seek it out.

PnP. Rich mouthfeel, sort of oily in a good way. Apple, melon with umami super approachable. Great match for a mild pasta dish with asparagus, broth, tomatoes, capers & shrimp. Lovely by itself.

Served at a cool Dallas restaurant. Had 2/3 of bottle there and took rest home. Weird blend of Merlot and Pinot. IMHO the sum is not greater than the individual components having had a lot of Merlot from the Rocks and Pinots from Eola Amity. It has some of the richness of the Merlot with a light finish of Pinot. Sourch cherry, grapefruit/citrus with some bitter tones. It was served too cold initially (52-54 degrees) and got a little better as it warmed up to about 60 degrees. Past 60 it was not so great. Overall we had a "good" 20 minutes : ( OK, its an interesting concept that I will not bother repeating
