Monday, July 9, 2018 - Lots of fun! Watermelon color. Chalk and steely nose with flowers and bursts of red cherries and red apples. Crisp and vibrant on the palate but nice oomph and textural depth. Roses, red apples, red cherries with a deep mineral/chalky element and some white peppery spice. Super fruity but bright and really complex, too.
