Thursday, June 3, 2021 - As most notes indicated on CT, I agree that this has not shut down and is drinking really well after 4 hours of double decant. I compared single and double decant. Double decant 4 hours brings out the bouquet more and smooths out the wine better.
Excellent concentration, aroma and taste. Barolo at it's best.
