Tuesday, February 5, 2013 - Popped and poured. Moderately intense nose of lemons, wet slate, citrus blossoms, grass, and mixed ketones. Rather light but beautifully balanced on the palate with good acidity and moderate fruit. Seems to lack the complexity it had in its younger days but still a nice drink.
