Saturday, December 19, 2020 - I opened this bottle to use for cooking fish and then decided to have a glass since it was opened. I was very pleasantly surprised. Expressive, floral nose. Lavender, hibiscus, lilac, honey. Nicely balanced and good acidity. Drink chilled, it gets a little sweet as it warms.
