Friday, May 17, 2019 - Slightly effervescent on the opening but softened after about 15 minutes. Pear and lemon flavors mixed with the slight vanilla from the oak barrel aging and a little butter from a secondary malolatic or leaving the juice on the lees. Have had better Ramey's from some of his single vinyards.
