Monday, March 7, 2005 - Lovely aromas of pineapple and caramelized apricots, with plenty of honey, pineapple, orange on the palate, with a nice streak of acidity to cut thru all the richness. Not super-sweet, but perhaps a little chubby right now. The bottle didn't last long enough to see if air changed it at all. Glad I still have a few bottles stashed away!
