Saturday, June 17, 2023 - Pale greenish gold color. PNP, drank 2 glasses over 2 hours. Still bursting on the nose of green orchard fruits, apple peel, cut pear, more subtle citrus notes, lightly floral with so much minerality, crisp and and damp wool. The palate starts with the slate minerality, nice dry extract, citrus, pear, stone fruits, light green herbs amd spices, medium bodied, quite long. Just a lovely wine, and wonderful on the deck with sushi and a charcuterie board. 92+ pts.
