Sunday, November 11, 2012 - Popped and poured at restaurant. Dark, so hard to see color. It has definitely opened and fleshed out a bit. Floral cherry and slight tar. Obviously ripe, and coming a tad unfocused as it warmed. Still with some firm tannins to settle out and some strong acids to carry it. Ought to last 5-8 more years, I think.
