Wednesday, December 27, 2023 - Clear ruby red. Beautiful aromas of florals, red berries and aromatic Chinese five spice. Palate took a while to come together to show silky and candied red berries, florals and spice, good acidity, hint of tannins and a slightly clipped finish.
