Wednesday, March 20, 2024 - Oh boy this has aged great. I had it in c.2019 and it was lovely- fresh, crisp, resolute- but five years in bottle, wow, still the sauvignon flinty zing but also the semillon is going gangbusters- lanolin, pine nut, hay, linseed. Still a little tight, I'd hazard, has a few years yet in it, and I have one more bottle, but what development!
