We are not that experienced with CC, but this was drinking wonderfully and went very well with Chicken in cream and mushroom sauce. I was a bit concerned with the 15% Alcohol but the balance was great with oak definitely there but not out of line. Fruits were not clearly obvious, there was an element of citrus, muted pineapple, but also a sense of caramelised apple. Whatever it was, it was delicious. As we near to Christmas, this could be a great partner to Turkey and all the trimmings. I reckon it does not have to be this Christmas.
