Wednesday, March 8, 2017 - In a beautiful spot today. The nose offers some freshly grated ginger, brown spice, ripe plum and dried fig. The palate is plush and rich with a base of bedrock. It has the perfect balance between sweet and savoury elements and there's a kiss of tart acidity freshening up the back-end.
